Take a breath for you and for others.

Lately Iโve been finding myself worrying. Worrying about everything... New mandates, how to best protect ourselves, whatโs true, whoโs giving us the right information, social media overload, how do I stay healthy, will there be more lockdowns, do I need to stock up on toilet paper now?? ๐งป
Itโs confusing, itโs upsetting, and itโs causing fear and worry.
This weekend someone asked me, โHow do you stop the worry?โ
My first instinct was tell him to take a breath, take a pause, find space for yourself to find a quieter essence so you donโt screw up relationships, piss someone off, or say something you want to take back in half a heartbeat!
We need space within our lives to breathe through the uncomfortable. Itโs a lot better to do this than to project your sh!t onto those around you.
