Take a breath for you and for others.

Lately Iโ€™ve been finding myself worrying. Worrying about everything... New mandates, how to best protect ourselves, whatโ€™s true, whoโ€™s giving us the right information, social media overload, how do I stay healthy, will there be more lockdowns, do I need to stock up on toilet paper now?? ๐Ÿงป

Itโ€™s confusing, itโ€™s upsetting, and itโ€™s causing fear and worry.

This weekend someone asked me, โ€œHow do you stop the worry?โ€

My first instinct was tell him to take a breath, take a pause, find space for yourself to find a quieter essence so you donโ€™t screw up relationships, piss someone off, or say something you want to take back in half a heartbeat!

We need space within our lives to breathe through the uncomfortable. Itโ€™s a lot better to do this than to project your sh!t onto those around you.
