Take a breath for you and for others.
Lately I’ve been finding myself worrying. Worrying about everything... New mandates, how to best protect ourselves, what’s true, who’s giving us the right information, social media overload, how do I stay healthy, will there be more lockdowns, do I need to stock up on toilet paper now?? 🧻
It’s confusing, it’s upsetting, and it’s causing fear and worry.
This weekend someone asked me, “How do you stop the worry?”
My first instinct was tell him to take a breath, take a pause, find space for yourself to find a quieter essence so you don’t screw up relationships, piss someone off, or say something you want to take back in half a heartbeat!
We need space within our lives to breathe through the uncomfortable. It’s a lot better to do this than to project your sh!t onto those around you.
